Nice. Love the blue. I use the Volvo rubber trays in the winter, instead of carpet mats. Beautiful day in SE Pa to be outside.

Impressive setting in front of that building... reminded me of just what an auto brochure would be doing to "upscale' the prestige value of their cars. And 2008 or not, The S80 still fits.

thanks everybody.

I usually have a set of winter matts and show matts but right now I have none. and I also need a few parts.

Bestbob- I used to be a photographer and still shoot on the side. Always looking for new locations although this has been a solid favorite.

Deary me, you seem to have parked on a crosswalk... or what-ever that not parking intended thing is!!!! "Hello all pedestrians, care to take a peek at my new wheels eh?"

Errr... I mean... It's really good looking. Definitely one of the two best colors for an S80. That and the dark grey color that I didn't know really existed until recently, that also looks great. But either one of those with balius rims is a jackpot if you ask me.

Any interesting plans for it?

Noticed the prancing moose decal. Your wheels look familiar.

Does the V8 have 300mm front rotors or 316 or 336? I wasnt sure if it was the 316mm or not wanted to make sure before I ordered pads

Bboarder711: 336 mm. AFIAK all 18" volvo rims will fit and nearly all 17" ones do. There are some 17" ones that according to Volvo wont fit but those are labeled not for V8's if you look them up on the accessories page.

Hello,

Can some one help me out? I can get a 2005 Volvo s40 white "very" clean car but the mileage is 224k but it's been well serviced and it looks like new. A buddy of mine is selling it for his grandma and its $1500. So I'm thinking of buying it to use for a year. Should a buy?

John, If you need a car yes. However that is a TON of millage for a 2005 even in KM thats 140000 miles it was either driven 23000 miles a year or 14000miles a year. You say it has been serviced well but have the correct services been done at the correct times?

I would compare her records to http://www.volvocars.com/us/top/yourvolvo/volvo-vehicle-information-library/Pages/om.aspx and check for missing services and assume they need to be done.

Secondly take it to a volvo specialist at the very least z good mechanic who will look over the entire car prior to you buying.

Lastly You would probably receive more help specific to the '05 S40 by posting your own thread in the section for S40s.

Good luck

New Owner of 09 s80 t6 AWD.

I recently bought a 2009 s80 t6 AWD, i was wondering if there is a way i can upgrade or install dynaudio system with navigation and front and rear park assit? Does it come with pre wired for park assit? Also is there a possible way of adding backup camera?

Enjoyed the new images. My eyes see your paint color as a close to a dark grey in most of the shots. The 2012 Barents Blue S80 I saw in Norway was a silvery light blue.
