So I just bought myself a nice Canon sd600. I'm up at school and a camera seems to be pretty handy with some of the stuff that goes on.
But im back home for the week and here are a couple shots of the car:

Wondering, should I paint the fog light surrounds silver?

Alternatively, have you considered painting the 2 strakes black so the entire bottom intake looks 1 piece? That might be an interesting look. You could do a cheap and dirty preview by covering them with black electrical tape to see what it looks like.
In my opininion, the foglight surrounds would not look good painted.
Nice pics though!
Michael

To get an idea of what painted fog surrounds would look like, take a look at Makonyy15's Red S40. Just try to search. I found it on cardomain.com: Here: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/615774. Sorry, i don't know how to post pictures. Hope that helps.

Re: (McDonald)

I painted mine silver and I was initially torn as to whether I liked the change. However it really has grown on me and I now REALLY like it. I've got nothing but compliments on it. I say go for it!

"The S40 is a loan hunter....here you can see it in its natural habitat waiting patiently for an oncoming prey where it will spring out of action and attack with all its might. Small and agile it has been know to take down prey much larger in size and power than itself. Some reports include BMW's, Audi's, and even high powered Ricer's although no reports have been fully documented and certainly never captured on film. Be weary of this small but powerful creature and if you see it hiding, much like this one, then you would be wise to go the otherway."
--Discovery Channel

Re: (bopmychimbeech)

After getting mine painted last July, I've never looked backed since. I think painting the supports or seperators, whatever you want to call them opens up the bottom too much and introduces too much black. The rest of the body has certain sections and is broken up while still looking smooth. The all black bottom grills just looks like a big mouth or giant hole in the bottom of the bumper. It's not ugly, just something I wouldn't do, IMHO.
