Hello-
I'm a new '01 S60 T5 owner. just wanted to ask a question. when the cars been driven for a distance in the heat (i'm in az), and i return to the car after a while, the interior fan is running, but shuts off when i hit the door lock from the remote.
is this a feature to keep the air circulating? i thought it might be a type of turbo timer keeping the turbo cool.
any guesses?
96 A4 2.8 black
01 S60 T5 black
60 Porsche S90 Roadster silver

This is normal. The air circulating fan runs to dry out the A/C coils to avoid the mold or mildew smell that you've probably experienced in the past.
-Rob
