1) Sometimes idle is a litte rough , it seems to cycle as if the A/C is going on, but I have ALL accessories OFF.

2)When making medium left turns from stop I hear a whine come from the left front corner of the car.

This car has only 14k...

Any ideas?

The noise coming from the left front is a common one.

For me, the problem ending up being that my car was low on power steering fluid and causing some type of grinding with the steering stops. Once the fluid was back to normal levels, the noise stopped and has not come back. I was in and out of the dealer pretty quickly. Hope this helps...

It isn't a grinding sound, and I am not hitting the stops. It is a whine, during the turn. Almost sounds like wheel bearings.

I will check the power steering fluid though...

Is it possible that the front tires are rubbing against the wheel well or other things in that area? My snow tires are very slightly wider than the factory tires and they sometimes rub slightly at full lock.

Best wishes,

I picked up my S60 on a Saturday and on the Sunday I had a idling problem. While the car was stopped and the engine was running, the rpm's would rise. I brought it into the dealer and it was addressed promptly. What has the dealer said about it.

I think PDI stand for POST Delivery Inspection, not Pre Delivery Inspection!
