we have an April update for the SPA platform vehicles

For first-timers, use a 32GB USB flash drive, format it to exFAT
Click on the link: http://volvo.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9156/~/download-the-latest-maps
Download your PC or MAC version and have the app install it directly onto your flash drive
Pop it into your vehicle USB port (under the armrest) - if you have two USB ports there, use the port that does not have the circle around it

FYI, again for new owners, you can download regional maps from your car OTA......afterall, you probably don’t need national updates and I believe you can get that when you bring your car in for service.

True. I will not need to update the maps for Central America.

I just bought a 2019 V60CC (yes, they exist) and new maps automatically downloaded the other day. But the maps have only major roads. Is that expected behavior?
