Car was in the shop again on Friday for a new A/C condenser, which was already replaced. This is the third time car has been in the shop since my accident three months ago. The other two times were to replace one of the new headlights that was bad. I noticed the auxiliary cooling fan on constantly and saw in the archives that this was most likely signalling an issue with the HVAC system. Thanks to the SS archives!

While there they also did some recall work for a bad "SEMS nut", which the SA told me holds the ECU in place or something.

Re: New Condenser and SEMS Nut (Wayne T5)

A SEMS fastener is merely a standard bolt or nut with an integral lockwasher. So nothing special, but perhaps they replaced a non-locking one, or added a new connection, etc.
