The vents look the same to me...what DOES look different to me that might retrofit:
(1) Al trim dials on the center stack
(2) Al trim grab handles on the doors
(3) Tweeters in the doors rather than sail panels
(4) Centercaps (thanks Boston Volvo)
(5) Mizram Wheels (ah...nice) looks like 235/40/R18 to me.

Ah I see them now. My eyes are not as good as they used to be! Maybe John from Boston Volvo can hook us up with some more C70 parts.

However, the vents are color coordinated in the S40/V50, while they appear to be available gray only on the C70 (there's a black C70 in our showroom right now that has an oak interior - but a gray dashboard).
So, the gray C70 vents price out like this:
Left vent: $33.95
Center vent: $57.49
Right vent: $33.95
John Sharisky
When you say gray does it match the off-black interior of the S40? And do you think it's a DIY install?

Yes, this is the code for Off Black - but please check your data plate (left rear door near the hinges) to be sure!
I honestly cannot tell from VIDA about the degree of dificulty in replacing these vents.
John Sharisky
