I was at the dealer for a problem and I was told by the Operations Manager that a T 5 has a lesser suspension then a T 6. I was under the impression that the suspensions were equal and the the trim and engine where different (T 6 has the supercharger) I did search and could not find any additional information other then the suspension components were equal. I was also told that T5 seats had less dense foam in the seats when compared to a T 6. How true is this. Feel like I am being played

The part numbers are the same. I believe there are some differences that are standard on the T6 that are options on the T5 but I think they'd be in plain sight; leather vs. leatherette, full digital display vs partial digital display. In my opinion, the T5 is perfectly adequate for powering the XC90, it is quieter and more relaxed. I like the power on hand of the T6 but it feels a little jumpy to me. I'm pretty sure I'd have gotten the T5 if it were available at the time of my purchase. I also should have held out for a heated steering wheel.....there's always next time. hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. The T5 runs well overall a good experience sips fuel. The heated steering wheel is a must have, wasn't sure about it's an easy sell. The shaking seat is just bizarre.
