Guys, this is critical to my even being able to hit the road and work...my washer nozzles are so weak they barely get water on the hood. Once in a while they get a spurt on the window, but come winter, I am hosed (excuse the pun)
I am sure others have had this problem...my question is, is there a fix to upgrade the washer nozzle pump or nozzles themselves so I can soak the windshield? I need big time help with this one...and thanks in advance for the assistance.

I think when I had that problem, the dealer replaced the 'check valve'. No idea how to do it though

I did find a link on one of the sites that has the check valve...do you remember if they had to replace any of the lines, or did the check valve take care of the issue?

The 70 series fan spray washer jets are far better than the early 850 twin pipe jets and take about 5 minutes to change over.
Also, check the T junction on the feeder pipes under the bonnet lid; this can block up and cause a weak spray - it may need blowing through or replacement.
It is unlikely that your spray problems are anything more significant than clogged up nozzles.

Yeah, you may be right about that one, I called a few places, and this seems to be an issue at times, no biggie. I upped and bought all new wiper blades the the works, headlights included, then got a new check valve and two new nozzles...that should do the trick. Gotta take care of the new baby. BTW, I drive a lot...and just logged about 600 miles through Montana on the new 850, what a dream to drive..however, the upper strut bar is the next purchase...off camber turns tend to lend body roll...I put a neuspeed upper strut bar on my wife's Jetta GLX...what a difference... you guys think an upper strut tie bar will do the same in the 850?
