Looking to buy an intercooler, currently looking into the snabb one

Trying to get one that my mechanic can just install, without any cutting preferred.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Car is entirely stock, Downpipe in the mail looking to do both at once so I'd like to order soon

Snabb is a good option. Do88 is great for drop in. I can help on pricing on both

Do88.

They make parts for Koenigsegg, that should be all you need to know about figment and quality.

Snabb is easy to install just takes some time, being its a front mount, you'll have to adjust some things, but overall it's simple.

Thanks for the reply guys, definitely narrow'd it down to these two.

as long as cutting isn't an issue, is the snabb or do88 any better in particular?
I have no problem paying the extra for snabb if the extra labor is worth it (just no cutting)

Definite NO on the Phuzzy setup. Nothing wrong with the FMIC, but the intercooler to TB pipe is a leaking piece of crap. I had to have Todd/races60r fab a custom pipe using the IAT Bung from iPd. Plus Phuzzy isn’t easy to reach. The IAT hole on the Phuzzy pipe is just a little flat plate with a hole welded to the pipe. Made the IAT leak boost, with no realistic way to fix this.

Agreed. I did this on my VR; it was a straight-forward installation and has been very good in the brutal Phoenix summer heat.

I put in the do88 this summer and it has made a noticeable difference here in FL.

You could always use water/meth as well.

For clarification, are you looking for a FMIC or drop in OE replacement?

Honestly, I'm not touching this car at all.
I have a volvo specialist in my area who's been working with them for over 10+ years in his shop. He is handling all the parts I get and throw at him. I don't want nothing too crazy, just to add fun to an already fun car.
as long as there's no custom cutting, he doesn't mind getting his hands dirty or making something work.
So the snabb seemed like the better option rather than just a drop in replacement.

I have a pretty low mileage s60R and I want to have it more as a "more fun" daily but without seriously harming it or risking it.
I have the downpipe ordered which should be here and the snabb will be here tomorrow.
Going to pair it with a Borla exhaust & a tune.

This time of year it's getting more relaxed but pretty hot here in PA as well.

If there's anything else that anyone recommends to keep a long lifespan of this car with those additions, let me know. I'm still learning and have no issue spending what is needed to have the car be right for me.
I just hit 100k miles on my 07

I won't be beating on it every second, but definitely still pushing it a bit.
What other "recommendations" do you guys have for a combo of a tune/dp/exhaust ?
I really am new to all of this and still learning but love to have fun too..

I know this may bother some people with my lack of knowledge but isn't that what forums are all about sharing things and helping others.

Thank you..

Snow Performance stage 1 fine? Or should I be looking for stage 2

The car is one of my daily's and probably won't see any major upgrades except maybe a diff turbo later on in the future.
Going to do the DP/FMIC/Exhaust/Water
Then work on more cosmetic changes, just had struts done

Stage two. The stages refer to the type of controller used. The stage two will have 2 user definable points. With my set up it comes on at 8psi and ramps up to max at 20psi with a 640cc nozzle.
Your starting point and max point will easily be determined by the tuner.(Hilton) based on your set up.
Im using Devils Own btw. On Hiltons recommendation.
