One of our editors at VWvortex has the chip on his Golf, and from what I hear, it's pretty good. That is pretty much all I know, though you may also want to consider IPD and the Garrett Chip from PES as well.
Need good performance chip for less$
Any recommendations? I have a 95 850 Turbo (225HP) and have found that Upsolute and Steffansson in Sweden have really good prices ($300-$350). Anyone had experience with these chips?

Honestly I would trust the IPD ECU over many others. They will be around to support you as well as have the experience. You may pay a little more now, but it may be worth it in the long run.
