It is burried in the dash a little, behind the glove compartment. You have to remove the glove box and knee bolster, from there you will see the blower motor. I think it is 3 screws to get it out, but it is a pit of a PIA. Lots of gently twisting and turning to get the unit out with the cage attached to it. You have to be very careful cause if you break one of the vanes on the cage it's rendered useless. (That's what happenned to mine when I replaced the motor
