You use it in conjunction with the highbeams. Not all the time.
Yes, thank you for simplifying that. You use it in conjunction with the highbeams. Not all the time.
You're right... not everyone is going to like it...Not everyone is going to like this. Some will say I have a flame suit on. But if you were at the Dragon in the spring, and went on the midnight run, you will know how much of a difference this actually made on the lead car.
That video was too... funny! Driving with the door open?FYI: fit it behind the grill and I might like it better![]()
ooh, this will be awesome! i've seen other videos and photos of these on trucks and it's damn impressive... anyone who does any rural driving should definitely consider themNot everyone is going to like this. I have a 70 mile commute one way, 30 miles of that are two lane mountain roads without even the glow of city light (at 5am). This is a purchase out of a growing necessity when simply upgrading headlight and fog light bulbs is not enough. 12k lumens, this will get the job done.

It'll be a while until I have time to take the bumper off, but I did a quick test fit last night. To answer the upcoming question, this does effect airflow over the IC, but not enough to truly make a difference (especially with an upgrading IC).

Another great location option Mike. I assume you made a hole in that ceiling panel, and fed the goose neck through. What did you use to secure the GG to the panel?
I wired my Hellas on the Subaru with a switched relay to the highbeams. They would turn on and off with the factory highs, or you could switch off the relays and just run the factory highs alone. It made life easy.Yes, thank you for simplifying that.
This will be on its own switch as well. So I can still use my high beams without powering on the light bar.
Do you have any pictures or write up about this? I am getting my Parrot soon and MIGHT see if mounting the screen up here would work. After ordering it I realized I should have gotten the model without the screen cause I reallllly dont need it at all. Once I actually get the Parrot I will mess around placing it if different areas to see where I want it.. or might see if I can just unplug it and run it without and sell the screen.. we will see.
Much more than just a hole, it's built in flush. I cut a GoGroove shaped hole, then epoxied it in place. It's not going anywhere, it's now a part of my car.Another great location option Mike. That's a really interesting idea! Still working on a bracket to mount to the bumper, but some progress was made yesterday.I wired my Hellas on the Subaru with a switched relay to the highbeams. Where did you source the LED bar? I could be interested in one...
No write up, just what I said above. Cut a hole to fit it perfectly, epoxied it in place, and then used a car power extension to run a power socket up through the headliner.Do you have any pictures or write up about this?
Sorry, I missed your question. Bought it off a friend who went with Hellas:Where did you source the LED bar? I could be interested in one...
