My S60R may be in a TV commercial
So this Friday I am going to be filmed in a TV commercial for a new line of Vise Grip Tools. I have been evaluating them for the last two weeks, as I work as a tech in a general automotive shop. The cool thing is the Irwin Tool Company is using our shop to film us working with their tools. We are also asked to give a testimonial whether we like the tools or how they could be improved. They have already taken some stills of myself and one other tech they plan to use. I've decided to get my R in the spotlight.
Now for what its worth, the new Vise Grip Tool is pretty good. I do use them now almost every day. I'll try and get around to posting a pic of the tool but they are called Groovelock. I won't post a link as I'm not trying to sell you their tool. The handles are comfortable and the the jaws grip awesome. I mainly use them to return brake caliper pistons on non powder coated or painted calipers.
So as not to look like an idiot marring up my Brembo calipers, which I wouldn't do to anyones car, can anyone think of a use while being filmed working with them? Basically the pliers are like Channel Locks with a modified jaw and fine adjustable channel locking so I don't wouldn't normally use them for any fastener. So any suggestions on what to use these on for a camera shot. I won't use them in a way I wouldn't use them in the field so I'm just trying to come up with ideas for some shots that they may want to use.
And remember we want a nice shot of the R of course and Irwin Tools will want a clear shot of their tool being used as well.
