Hello, I used a license plate frame on my previous car which I would like to use on my 2015 S60. However, the frame only has 2 holes and the bracket that is mounted on the trunk has 4 studs. Is there any way to get the frame to mount without cutting anything on the bracket or the frame itself? Are there any license plate brackets that only has 2 studs that I can look into?

I guess if there is no way to mount the frame, it wouldn't be a big deal. Just seeing if there is any other possibilities.

Thanks

You can always drill out the existing plate frame, if it's one that extends far enough upwards. If you attach any plate and/or frame without the top and bottom studs and bolts, you'll have the plate banging every time you close the trunk. There's no conversion available. There's not much material on the existing bracket to drill out, and there's not much clearance behind it for nuts.
