Is there a thread? Pics? Want to change my bulbs to led's without breaking my mirror.

So I was going to be a wise a$$ and tell you to refer to your owners manual....

They mention the turn signals and courtesy lights in the mirrors - but don't have any diagram or instructions - Nice .

Are you going to change the actual turn signal light or just the courtesy lights.

The courtesy lights are pretty easy - Some will tell you to stick a small screw driver under the glass and push down on the bulb housing.
I went from the bottom and used a small screw driver to just pop it out. I didn't want to chip my mirror either.

If you are thinking about the turn signals - I have no idea - as my car doesn't have them in the mirrors.. But if you go to LED for turn signals you may end up with the "fast blink" problem which can be overcome by buying load resistor harness that will eliminate the issue.

No puddle lights? Wow - I wonder why they would cut that out when they usually keep adding goodies to cars as the model years go on.

For the 07 and up it shows the housing and bulb for the puddle lights -

Part ref number 11 for the "lens" - but it does state "with lighted mirror" maybe it was a package option or something - I thought they all came with puddle lights.

Bummer one less LED you can install.
