There’s a solution. You know I’ll find it but wanna see what happened. Is it the button or what? Removing the seats tmrw and gna start there but wanted to know if anyone’s experienced this before.

You mention that you have checked the fuses? Are you sure they're ok? You looked at the fuses for the massage seats specifically to see that the filament is still connected and not burnt out?

The only thing I could imagine is something happened with the wiring or with the motors/physical function of the seats

In my old SUV (yeah i know non-Volvo YUCK but man I miss her so badly), the blower motor controller went out and the dial in the center console to control it didn't work, but the temperature control did
The black wiring was frayed and damaged
How was it fixed?
It wasn't actually fixed but it was "fixed" (lol) by splicing and grounding the black wiring on a frame bolt
So did it work? Well, yeah... until it was totalled... and the fans would always be on max full blast and I could only control how hot or cold
