I purposefully specified a manual on my 05 D5.
After my testdrive the only thing that really bugged me about the XC90 was the lag - esp. from a standing start.
I like the fact that I am actually involved in the driving rather than driving a very large bumper car.
I like the extra bit of control it gives me
I also like the fuel consumption figures.
