After countless headaches from dealing with Lovering "we cant fix anything correctly...." volvo in Nashua, (not that I am biased in judging them at all) I have decided to take my car an hour south to Boston Volvo Village, I was wondering if anyone had the email address of a service manager, I want to just give him/her a heads up on my situation and the list of things i need fixed so he doesn't get blindsided by one of those very picky customers.

I just figured it would be easier to type out and send the list of problems and things instead of calling it in. I am calling to make the actual appointment. I just want to make sure that this is a successful trip, I don't want to drive all the way down, drop it off, pick it up, and have it still not be right.
