Goodbye colorado, i will miss you greatly.
Made the move to SD for grad school and had a fun time seeing what the car would do with all highway. the trip was 350 miles from my home and the R did it with a little over 1/4 tank left. Averaged 32 mpg and was very happy to do the 65-70 mph.
Anyone around the rapids city area or know of a reputable dealer in the area.
I took the R in for the 30K service and to address a wheel bearing hum at peterson volvo in Fort Collins CO. Long story short I wont be going back to that dealership if Im ever stuck in Colorado. after setting up the apointment ahead of time and telling them I needed a wheel bearing (LF), they called me after several hours of having the car in the shop and told me that they actually didn't have the right part to replace it bearing but the LF was infact bad. Set up a second apointment and waited about 2.5 hours before the service writer informed me that after several test drives, and listening with a stethiscope, they couldn't find a bad wheel bearing despite what they acknowledged was a bad one less than 5 days earlier. They told me to wait for the sound to come back and bring it back in. I told them I was moving to SD in 2 days and wouldn't be able to but didn't want to have a wheel bearing throw out in the middle of BFE wyoming. The writer than asked me to call them if I had any problems and I walked out as I asked if they would come pick me up 4 hours away. What weasles.
-rant-
Wheel bearing is pretty damn loud from 45-65 mph. they must be dumb.
