This question is for PWSchuh.
I was wondering after having poured over your car my admirations and gawking stares, where you sourced out your transmission. Just for kicks, and future reference, I never know when I may desire to aquire one for my growing speed needs.

Your wagoon sure is a nice machine!

Re: M47R (kowalski)

It's a Unitek box. Unless you're building a race car, there are better options for a trans upgrade. Better meaning cheaper, better suited to daily driving, and able to handle more power than an M46. A Getrag box from a BMW, Toyota W5x, or even a Ford T5 may be adaptable. The Unitek box has the advantage of being a plug-n-play since it will bolt up, have an input shaft that's the correct size, and have the shifter position line up. The other options will require some kind of adapter plate to join the trans to the engine, and the clutch may not be a simple task to sort out.
