ok, first i dont know of ipd, but does any one know if they make lowering springs for 240's? mines a 244 glt turbo intercooled.

Yes they do. ipdusa.com. I would recommend their sway bar as well. I am saving up for one, not cause I race, but cause 240s love to lean.
