That's all its worth with over 200K miles.
Plan on a clutch if it hasn't been replaced

Being a well-used car, you'll never know how the POs treated the transmission. Worn synchros are a definite possibility. You'd likely want to replace the linkage bushings with a short-throw kit (SNAAB) anyway.

Also, assume the flywheel and the clutch S/C require replacing, along with the rear seal when you're in there. Maybe you can have the flywheel resurfaced only?

If the car is from the north, and not run on full-synthetic oil and the car has been driven hard from cold, the turbo might be shot.

Review of complete service records would be advisable.
