Looking to spend $15Kish.
Tough position i am in: A car nut who uses up and gets bored very , very quickly. Therefore must pay very little. I once owned a car for 3 years. It was painful. Eventually my wife was forced to drive it when her car got stolen and every other car I owned at the time was a stick.
I am thinking of making the swedish switch from 5 series fame. I just can't find what i am looking for in a 5 series for the $ I want to spend. I have looked at every BMWfinancial auction for the past 60 days and just can't afford the e39 touring model.
The role of the v70 would be a 5th car, but the one that will get the most mileage, probably around 30k/yr. Unless I fall in love, a year is probably all I would expect to own it. Don't get me wrong though, I will love, honor, and obey it.
I'm in the Detroit area but will travel for the right deal.
Thanks.
Demian 248-613-0229

I went there (to cas) a few years ago. They are legit. They really do have hi-line cars with strange problems and yucky titles. THey have some Mexican guys out back that cleran the snot out of every car so even the disgusting ones show extremely well.
I have an offer on the table for a 1998 base v70 with less thna 70k on the table for 12.5 which would leave me enough $$ for wheels/tires and maybe an exhaust and some suspension. No paint work, original owner. leather/winter pack, that';s about it for options.
Thoughts?
