I was wondering if anyone knew if this piece was available by itself or if the entire bumper needed to be purchased. I looked briefly and it looks as though this piece can be seperated but I wasn't sure. Anyone have experience?

Re: Looking for lower portion of rear R Bumper (S60Driven)

I had a body kit put on after I purchased my R. If they took that piece off I will have it. I will check tonight for you. Talk to you in the am tomorrow, Rick

s60 driven.... Looking at your posts, especially in the classifieds section, it seems you are trying to make your s60 in to an s60 R...... your not actually trying to do that are you?
WTB:r bumper
WTB: r headlights
WTB: r grill
WTB: r steering wheel
Have you looked around about selling your t5 and purchasing a CPO r?
if you really want that piece, check the salvage yards. there are several wrecked R's around that you might be able to steal the entire rear bumper for cheaper than you think!!
good luck.

Re: (phuz)

I put the evolve body kit on and saved all the original bumpers for the car. The R has an entire rear bumper that is removed. If you are interested It is available. I have no need for it.
IM me at AcuraRL2000 or email at [email protected]

If I bought a stock R, then I wouldn't have anything to modify. Your cars are beautiful. It's in my nature to build and modify and tune. I do have plans for the T5 that will set it apart from all other T5's and R's...I'll keep you all posted.
By the way, does anyone know what happened to "Dzljet"? He was supposed to sell me an R cluster but then just dissappeared.

Re: (Copeland)

Nothing extreme, but I'm thinking about shaving the front moldings from the bumper (depending on how the lines of the body look with the remaining moldings) as well as shaving the headlight washers (no use for those on a 2001 T5). Few other ideas here and there...anything is possible. I got a ridiculous deal on the T5 (2001, with 30,000 miles) and the car is absolutely mint. I just want to distiguish it from ALLLL the other S60's on the road, but keep it somewhat OEM looking, so only an enthusiast could tell it apart. We'll see what happens.
Oh yeah, anyone have a Veyron engine they are looking to get rid of?
