What are you willing to pay? I only bid $150, thinking I wouldn't hit the reserve, but I did. I don't think I'll go much higher than that. BTW, the seller turned down my offer of $200 shipped, which of course is more than the reserve that I've already met.
I'm not surprised he's holding out on your offer. He knows his item is very rare on ebay, and therefore is willing to risk the extra $25 you're offering to end the auction.
I'm not sure I'll bid. I'm going to europe soon and am hoping to pick up a set there for much less. Furthermore, my car really isn't worth the $200 I'd have to spend.
In fact, I'd like to see you win, because you can tell us all how the installation goes.
I was just joking about the bidding war. Let's see how high it does go.
Actually, the seller said that he hadn't sold a set of lights like these so he doesn't know what they'll sell for. Note that his other auctions are primarily e-code lights for european cars, so I doubt he knows that these are in demand. Plus he didn't know what years they would fit. I could barely tell until I looked at all the pictures. It's too bad the extra lens is for the passengers side, because that's the one I already have.
Last minute bids will probably send the final value over $300, but that's just my guess. I seriously doubt I will win this auction.
So instead, check out my auction! I'll be happy if it gets close to $100.
