Posting here cos it's AWD setup.

Since I did the conversion, I have had an intermittent set of codes related to the EVAP system: P2401 P2419, P2400. Now it's constant CEL.

The Volvo-specific codes (extracted with VADIS) are ECM 431B, ECM 432B, D ECM 433B, D

So, the codes imply either the harness is bad (open and/or short), or the Leak Diagnostic Unit (motor &pump assembly) is bad.

I used the AWD harness, but my LDU, simply because it's newer (2012 vs. 2005 donor car).

I can't find much that would indicate whether the problem typically involves the LDU failing, or if harness/connectivity issues are more likely the culprit. With the AWD setup, the LDU is really hard to access/replace.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Leak Detection Pump failures are fairly common. Mine threw a Check Engine light last year, so I replaced it. No Check Engine light since.

I did have to drop the rear subframe a few inches to access it, but it's really not that big a deal if you have the right equipment.
