Turboah had some on his car, but I am buying them from him to put on my AWD S40. He might be able to give you some info, but I don't know how often he gets on here now. Not sure what you mean my trimming, I don't think there is any involved. Good luck.

50% stiff in the front, 75% in the rear... allows the car to rotate NICELY... don't forget to get a rear sway
