OK , I just purchased a set of 7.5 X 17 Sadria wheels and came across these tires in a 225 45 17 for like $90 each! does anyone here have them? what do you think?

Wife had them on her '95 850 T5-R. Didn't last long and actually inner edge on one blew a chunk while she was on the highway! No more Kumhos for us...

Aren't the SPT's a summer tire?

Can't speak to the SPTs, but last October I put on set of 205/50ZR17 Kumho Ecsta ASX, replacing the stock Michelins. I really like these tires. Quiet and grippy. No more spinning wheels off the line. 8000 miles so far and they look great. Got them from Tire Rack for $102/each.

Have had two sets of Kumho Ecsta tires on different vehicles and have like them a lot. Current set on one of my cars is pretty quiet, grips good in the dry and pretty well in the rain, and even got me to work driving on a solid sheet of ice this winter http://********************/smile/emthup.gif
