I was visiting the Evolve web site and noticed KillerB's car featured on the their web site. Nice write up and I can say from experience his car looks and handles awesome and would like to thank him again for the ride at the Austin GTG a couple of months ago.

I gave out like 6 rides. I think I even made a call out to see if I got everyone. I think you were saying your girlfriend was dragging you away and you left early. You even missed out on the group photo... but I'll look you up if I'm in Texas again. There is a Huge Embassey Suites that is being built in downtown Dallas right now... who knows, I might get shipped over there to get the PPV system going.

Ya, she did pull me away to go shopping
But your caR was amazing!!!!!!

The article from evolve http://www.evolvecars.com/site...1,0,0

Quote, originally posted by Evolvecars.com »

EVOLVE S60R - July 2006
...and fell in love with the interior and the over all look of the car. I ended up spending the next few months building the car to my specs and taking delivery in Gothenburg, Sweden. I spent a few more months in Europe driving the car on the Autobahn. I even tested the car out on the world famous Nurburgring in Western Germany to get a strong feel as to what I would need to adjust in order to get the car to truely perform. I always knew after buying the car that I would modify the exterior with the Evolve Aerodynamic Kit...the first picture on the Haldex feature vehicle looks sort of James Bondish. In the past, I've been heavily involved with modifying and showing my cars. I've modified a few cars and a truck before getting the S60 R. The truck did end up with a ton of trophy's and few shots in Mini Truckin'. The problem with all the vehicles in the past was that you could never get a vehicle that everyone wasn't trying to carbon copy. I guess I wanted an aggressive exotic vehicle that had an unique destinction.
I'm more of a fan of a car that handles like it's on rails more than one that has a fast 0-100 time. I found out in Germany that the stock suspension just didn't feel right and it was very unstable in the corners. The EVOLVE springs and sway bars took out the unstable bounce and roll that the factory car had. The car is now a great daily driver as well as a weekend track car. The EVOLVE suspension handles so well with out sacrificing the ride. Very smooth ride and the corners feel like I could just keep applying gas with out worring about losing control.
The exhaust was a hands down no brainer. Pretty much everyone I talked to say's EVOLVE's got the best sounding exhaust. A guy driving a Ferarri at the last Audi event said that the car sounded really great coming down the straight away. It's a nice tone that delivers a more throaty, deeper sound, that gives the impression to others that there is a V6 or V8 under the hood instead of the inline 5.
Over all, the car has been a real joy to drive. Compliments come from everywhere and that's really the most rewarding thing about owning the car. Espeacially after spending the time and money building the car. I build large computer systems handling the latest technology in HD movies and Internet systems. The Hotels that I do compter work for ( 5 star Resorts, Beverly Hills Hilton, Ritz Carlton's, Fairmont, etc.) tend to park the car up front along with the Mercedes Benz's, Rolls Royces, and BMW's. It's just looks so exotic that the valet service usual enjoys it up front where

Frank's car is the feature car for next month. The page is already built if you do a Google search on Evolve and Frank's name.
It was a kind jester for them to do that. I let them borrow the car for the week to get some photos next to their new project car and a few commercials
The pictures will change in the next few days when I submit shot's of the custom radiator hose's that EVOLVE made for me. They're black silicone instead of the blue hose's.
