Just picked this up on Thursday in Boston, drove back to Atlanta yesterday. 2004 S60R manual trans, It had 15,700 miles on it when I picked it up
Love the car, already has Bell IC, Evolve 3.5" DP & 3" cat back, Evolve tune & evolve springs. I will be putting IPD track spec sways on in the near future. I was trying to hold out for a 2006 or 2007, but this one was too good to pass on.
I will be switching out the Evolve cat back for something quieter. After reading through the forum I think TME is the quietest, can anybody tell where I can buy a TME cat back?
Is there another cat back option that will be quieter? BTW I will be selling the Evolve cat back soon if anyone is interested let me know

Thanks

A kitten get waterboarded every day I leave this on correct?

I had the previous owner take a picture of the angle gear before I flew up to buy it, what struck me is how clean the underside of the car was. The entire car is absoutely flawless except for one of the pegs has a small scratch

This is what I am replacing, 2001 s60T5M with mods, it will be listed in the classifieds in a week or so
Enjoy it!

Hi,
I have an EST exhaust I'd be willing to trade with you. Mine is sporty, but yet a bit too quiet for me. It's louder than stock, but not as loud as I would want it to be.

Re: (tomedkaz)

Tomedkaz, I'd be interested if we could work out the logistics. How old is your EST exhaust?

The 6 speed on the R has a much better (tighter) feel that the 5 speed on the T5 (but the T5 also has 97K miles on it as well).
I don't have the R registered in Georgia yet (actually drove it from down from Boston with the plate from my T5 on it) so I have not really gotten on it too much yet, but it definitely accelerates quicker and no wheel spin or torque steer (when you jump on throttle in the T5 you had better have a good grip on the steering wheel)
Once I get some IPD sways on the R I will be able to comparing handling as well but i can already tell that the R does not understeer as much as the T5
