Just installed the springs took about 2 hours total. The ride is awesome! Since IPD's sway bars are on back order and I originaly wanted to do everything at the same time I figured I would just put the springs on for now and the sways in 3-4 weeks..
here are some pics.. (I wish the rear was abit more droped)
Btw- I am on 18"s
Also will these springs settle abit more? If so how much time until they fully settle I want to wait ait before I get a allignment
Lets see if this works..

Modified by zigger at 9:24 AM 5-28-2006

Re: Just installed Eibach springs on my R. Pics inside (zigger)

Looks great zigg. The drop right now is probobly close to 3/4" all the way around. You will find in the next 15-30 days (depending on how much you drive the car) that the springs will settle another 1/2-3/4 inch. About the ride.....lets just say that on a scale of 1-10. 10 being the firmest what would you rate them. I would say on stock springs that comfort is a 5 and sport is a 7 and advanced is a 9. Also what specific differences do you feel with the car? Does it handle bumps better (if so in what regard) is the clunking still there in the suspension when you go over small bumps at a low speed(if it was ever that way. Mine is)is the rear end side stepping over bumps still there? Etc. Let us know. I am always curious as to a "new spring customers" review of them. Thanks in advance and have a great holiday. Cheers, Rick

Yes the side hope is greatly reduced. I honestly barely feel much diff in the suspension ride with the springs. Advanced is for sure stiffer but in a good way. It doesn't bounce all over the place like it did on stock. I am usualy on sport and it felt a tad like from 1-10 diff from stock I would ay 3) stiifer. I went for breakfast with my wife this morning and she didn't even notice a change in the ride. It handles abit better and the body roll is abit reduced aswell. I think the front/rear sways will really complete the suspension. All in all I think this is a amazing mod for the money. You eliminate(or greatly reduce) the anoying side hop. You fill the wheel well much more because to me in stock form it's just way to jacked up in the back. And u get better handling. I will post more pics in 2 -3 weeks but I will wait until they fully settle before I get my allignment.
Thanks again.. my next thing after sways is the powder coat my Rims gunmetalic!!
Actually it sits perfectly. Try to send a larger picture or email me one
You may get another 1/4" drop after a couple of hundred miles, that's about it
These are TME's right?
With the rear bar and hopefully better tires, you'll love it

If you click on the pics they get bigger. Here are 3 more shots I forgot to add. I think these show the drop thebest because they are from a distance.

Schweet.
I hate the front plate requirement that some states/provinces have (us included). It really breaks up the lines of the car. Kind of like having a 4x8 sheet of plywood tacked to the front of the car.
Nothing you can really do about that. Looks really good otherwise.

I leave the new window sticker on the windshield indefinitely and I also leave the dealer plate on the rear but I do remove the front dealer plate. Thanks for the compliments guys. Now that It's droped the wheels (18") look smaller now or pushed in I dunno. I feel like 19" would look awesome but there is no way I would get those. I have 17" Pegs for winter maybe I should get spacers would that help abit?
