Ive got an auto 2001 s60 t5 with 140k on the clock, at low speed usually when pulling away whilst changing gear it will jerk. It also happens if i have slowed down then go to accelerate again..it feels as though it has selected neutral then when it is selecting drive again it is jerking. I have done some searching and am i right in thinking i just need a software update to remove neutral altogether? is it only volvo who will be able to help me on this or should i try calling some volvo specialists? would you also recommend a gearbox oil change?
thanks in advance

neutral stop should be inexpensive - just a download. probably an hour of labor plus like 60 or so.
