I am going to call the dealer later, so what they can address, but I am having the following issues?

1) slight vibration while stopped, goes away with a slight touch of the gas.
2) sunroof cover slides closed when braking hard
3) folding key does not stay folded in, and pops put.
4) headlight washer covers keep falling off?

Can anyone comment?

Sounds like a Volvo S60.

The vibration at idle is normal. The key can be fixed. I believe there is a revised cover for the washer jet. The sunroof shade is a new one on me.

Same with the vibration, it happens, and the sunroof as well. As others have said its an S60, but these are fairly minor issues considering....

i have none of these issues, dont make it sound like ALL s60 have these issues.

ok i lied, my key fob wouldnt pop out either, dealer was happy to give me a new top part for 180! lol

Depending on your delivery date, you may still be under warranty. Volvo should cover the key. The vibration IS present in all S60's just in varying degree's. It also depends on driver sensitivity to the condition. As I was told by a Volvo FTS (field technical specialist), there are things we can try to do to lessen it, but it is a characteristic inherit of our setup in this chassis.

The sunshade seems like such a minor bother that when you slam on the brakes it closes. It just means its light in its action. I can just see after it being fixed somebody complaining that it takes too much effort to move now. Maybe thats just the technician in me speaking. Excuse me.
