<br>It would be pre-turbo, that is the only place that isnt pressurized.

It is, but let's say skill level 3. More difficult than changing plugs but easier than changing the timing belt.<p>I have only done this with an S60; the XC90 has more room to work in. <br>Cleaning the nipple can be done without removing the manifold.<br> <A HREF="http://turbobil.com/SMF/index.php/topic,37.0.html" TARGET="_blank">http://turbobil.com/SMF/index.php/topic,37.0.html</A> <p>Changing hose and the oil separators requires removing the manifold. Also, you need to do that to see if there's excess oil going into the cylinder 1 intake.<p>You can use a simple 'balloon trick' to check the health of the system. The crank case should have negative pressure. Remove the dipstick and put a balloon tightly on the tube. If it starts filling up the PCV is clogged.<br>
