I've got a 2013 S60 T5 Premier, and I want to explore camming it. Is it even possible with a 5cyl? I found a lot of stuff on a VW forum, but clearly I don't have a Volkswagen. I'm new to the Volvo life, can anyone shed light on this?
Thank you!

How about just a polestar or hilton tune? (or a vendor of your choice)

Replacement cams would require a valve adjustment - that's not an easy thing to do - especially with the head on the car. Valves are adjusted by changing the thickness of the tappets, or if the head is apart a machine shop will grind the tip of the valve stem to fit the existing tappets.

I looked into polestar and I don't think it's available for my year model :(.
I'll look into Hilton tune, though.
I bought a tuner and they said it'd fit my car and it plugs into the MAP sensor, but me nor my mechanic can find said MAP sensor (boost sensor) anywhere.

That's not really a tuner, that just fools the ECU, and fools your butt dyno (because your wallet is lighter)

polestar website - don't see a 13 t5 listed, (earlier 5 cyls though!) might have to call a dealer to verify your car is compatible. I did see a place to check by VIN on this site.

Everything is possible but it's not like the American domestic V8 market. I'd say there are better and more cost effective ways to get the gains you would see.

Sadly it does not exist for my car :(

The quick things to do on the T5 are the same as others. Intake, exhaust, bigger turbo and a tune. I got a intake from Pumaspeed in the UK, they don't list it under Volvo but it's under the Focus RS. Came here shipped for around $400 compared to Elevate for around $800. Once you start going for more power some folks would say to sleeve the block. I haven't gotten there yet, but I think I would before pushing things too far. My car is only very mildly above stock at this point.

I've already got the Elevate intake and exhaust, headers and turbo kit.
Good to know about the Focus RS, though!
