not all that hard at all, the hardest thing to do is getting off the door pannels, if you have the hand crank's for the windows and the manual miror adjustments then it will be very simple to install.because there wont be any wires behind the door pannel. if you have the electric windows, and or power mirors just make sure that you dont rip off the wires when you take off the pannel, as far as i know there are some clips holding in the door, they can be found under things usally coverd by a small round or squar plastic piece that looks like a cover to something, jus pry all of thoes off and take off the clips or bolts what ever the pannel is fassend with and lay down some of the dyno mat, howeve i would recomend some of the dyno spray rather then the mat, because its easyer to get into the small cracks and covers everything better... put on a few layers of that stuff and you will have a much quieter cabin! good luck.
