I installed the IPD bushing this weekend to replace my cracked oem mount. The IPD piece is made of urethane and is way too stiff, causing extra and annoying engine vibration to transmit through the firewall. One advantage is that the shifting and driveline is super firm, but it's not worth the extra noise. I also got the IPD easy-bleed to replace my brake fluid, and it works really well, using air from your spare tire to pressurize the brake system so all you have to do is open the bleeder valves and let the old stuff flow out.

Hey Dave, are you talking about the motor mount? I was told that my motor mount(s) have gone bad. When I hit the brakes, coming down to about 10 MPH the car starts to vibrate. This is pretty annoying, of course it doesn't do it on a wet road... luckily here in FL it rains alot. Which IPD piece are you talking about, the plastic one they make or the oem replacement mounts?

Thanks

This is getting off topic, and I don't want to sound like an IPD commercial, but we installed the PBR pads and slotted rotors (added cooling) on our 850R (see the project car section of this site) and have had NO problem with warping or vibration since we made this move. I thought I'd still have the problem, though less often because of the added cooling. We literally don't have it anymore and the car also grabs more heavily, due to the new brake compound.
