On April 28 I ordered both the Eibach/TME lowering springs for my V70R, and some other "R" goodies, as well as a strut bar for my son's 850T . Most everything on sale. Great deals, and I thought it would be even better with free shipping (got their email for free shipping for three days) or even free shipping on the springs-trouble was, I couldn't get through to IPD from Afghanistan--where I am for the next few months, so I had to order on-line, and it automatically calculated and added shipping.

Sent Scott an email--any chance IPD would refund the $32.55 ground shipping so I could take advantage of this offer? Absolutely! That is what they did--didn't have to, but another very satisfied customer. http://********************/smile/emthup.gif Thanks!

Re: IPD Means Customer Service! (Arty R)

Not to turn this into an IPD love fest, but Scott/IPD has been awesome for all of us overseas R-Gang guys. Thanks for supporting the troops.

BTW, anyone know what ipd actually stands for?

I'll second that!!!! I have had no bad experiences dealing with IPD and what they did for the GTG's is great!!! I never really dealt with Scott personally, but it's seems as though all the service and knowledge is realy good.

On a side note: Takspeed and Vivaperformance are equally as good. I've had a few minor issues with each which were handled promptly. I"ll never hesitate to order anything from any of the above mentioned sellers. They are all good!!!!

Re: IPD Means Customer Service! (Sue Esponte)

The people, the products and the customer support at IPD is phenomenal.
I have no problem recommending them to anyone. All this is from personal experience.
From what I have read of people living and stationed overseas, they also couldn't be any happier with IPD's service to them.
There are a lot of companies out there (not just Volvo related) that could take lessons from these guys on how to do customer service.
Thanks IPD and keep up the great work.

IPD is the tops when it comes to customer service. I've had no problems whatsoever with them. If you get onboard with an early order for a new product (as I did) IPD will provide handsome discounts. I visited their showroom near to the Portland International airport a year or so back to have my ECU updated. It was a fun drive thru the Cascades mountains from Seattle and over to Yakima and down thru the Indian reservation to the Columber river and then along some very windy roads along north side of the Columbia all the way to the IPD showroom. Their showroom is spotless and the people there are most friendly.

IPD is a model for other businesses to adopt/follow IMO.
