IPD Bars

When IPD re-releases their sway-bars, I'm planning on buying a set for my car. The big question is, are these a diy job? On a shadetree competency level of 1-10, what would these rate for skills needed? I've installed bars/springs/shocks etc. before on cars (mostly VWs).

So, if it's not a diy job, how many shop hours would be expected for install?
