Intermittent running issues after new cat and new 02

2000 V70XC, now with replaced cat and new 02 sensors, at times seems to be getting not enough fuel, way down on power...

This is for the first 15 to 20 minutes of driving, after which it runs like a champ.

this sound familiar to anyone?
