I went to the auto parts store and bought the blue tinted lightbulbs. I don't remember the part numbers or bulb sizes. What I did was take the stock ones with me to match up the sizes. When I installed the blue bulbs they weren't really that blue, so I went back to the store and bought these blue silicon gel tubes that go over the bulbs. They worked perfectly. Now I have a blue interior. It is daytime now so I don't think pictures will really come out, but I will try and get pictures this evening.
Here is what I have blue:
Rear reading lights
Front footwell lights
Front overhead courtesy light
The blue lights are dim, so I left my "push on push off" map lights stock so I could have light when I needed it.
The pictures don't do it justice but here they are. I tried taking pictures last night in the driveway, but the damn motion activated light that we have in the driveway kept turning on.
Anyway, here they are. I think it looks cool, and everyone in the car at night seems to like it. The lights are dim enough to drive around at night with them on. It is fun to have a blue glow in the interior at night.

On the difficulty meter 1-10, 10 being most difficult, it was a 1.
The hardest part was figuring out how to open up the overhead light panel above the rear view mirror. But swedespeed.com came to the rescue. There is a thread outlining how to do it.
Nice, I'm pumped, between this, the aluminum door pulls, and hopefully doing some tasteful little aluminum trim mods from the other recent post i'll have my interior looking nicely moded but not riced out, I love this forum so much good info
