I just drove my "R" home from "Zen" Volvo and the difference between the IPD rear and the <br>"Track" spec is night and day "Track" spec is really tight. it should be perfect for the road course hence "Track" spec. His anyone really driven there car hard or shall I say aggressive at the track. What are the most notable changes compared to the stock setup. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://********************/smile/emthup.gif" BORDER="0"> <BR><BR>

Well, it does perform tons better than the stock setup for the track. There's a slight hint of initial oversteer when you corner hard into the turn, but physics take over thereafter and the car will still proceed to understeer. I'm running with -ve 1.5 front camber (I had to file the knuckles down a bit to get the figures) and that's still insufficient for 235 rubbers... 245 may be better but will rub pretty badly with my setup.

The track kit is one of the best mods I did on the S60R.

Ok i've been driving with my "R" with the new setup and it's working well it turns very flat now. I can't feel any body roll at street speeds even on a quick turn, very steady. I cant wait for the track event hehe<br><IMG SRC="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/12/12_7_21.gif" BORDER="0">

Re: Installed IPD "Track" spec anti-sway bars (cloaked)

Have done 40 track events in my 04 wagon.<br>Two or three days were stock suspension. Half the days had lower stiffer springs, then the next half had the track sways too, with the IPD HD endlinks installed shortly after the track sways. <br>Each incremental improvement was a noted difference on the track. Stopped tracking the car 'cause it is way too expensive to abuse this $40k car this way (al least $50k after all the mods), and I cannot adjust the camber to an appropriate angle.<br><IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/frown.gif" BORDER="0">

what difference, IF ANY, would there be in body roll/handling between the IPD Track setup and EVOLVE's front/rear sway bar setup???
