Help! One of my children "accidentally" put a mark about 2" long across the middle back of my T5's taupe leather driver's set.

The weapon of choice was a brand new blue ball point pen.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the mark? (Suggestions involving the use of razor blades on either the seat back or the children will be ignored)

Leather can be repaired. I would go to a reputable interior shop and have them repair that panel, that is of course if leather conditioner didn't take it out, which it might.

...hasn't happened to my S40 yet *knock on wood* but I would agree and try some leather cleaner first...like a Lexol's.

Try using hairspray. Hairspray dissolves ink from a ball point pen. This also works in clothing. Spray hairspray on the affected area and wipe off right away. It may take 2 or 3 applications, but it will work.
