I love our new 2025 XC60.

Is it possible to turn off the Infotainment System before getting out of the car?
If I depress the Home Button below the screen it goes into Clean Screen mode but not off.
If I continuously hold the home button down the screen does a soft reboot then comes back on for 15 minutes.
How do I turn off the Infotainment Screen when leaving the vehicle?

Lock the car after you get out and it'll power-down most things.

At least on my 23 V60 though, if I park the car, turn it off, the infotainment screen turns off as soon as the driver's door is opened.

Other than that, there's no way to manually turn it all off that I know of.

Yup ... AAOS cars are don't completely shut down until you lock them. Locking the car down is the only thing that puts the car completely to sleep.
