I was wondering, what is the normal idle range for our cars when parked or stopped and fully warmed up? I noticed my idle was around 650 RPM in park or fully stopped when the car is fully warmed up. Is this too low? I also noticed on my moms XC70 her idle is around 700-750 RPM when fully warmed and stopped.

that sounds about right. Mine idles right @ 700.

Anything between 650-750 is pretty normal I think.

Considering the engine control module will throw a code for idle too high or too low, im sure its idling right where it is supposed to.
