new est strut brace
est camber kit

Im looking to get one of the following:
stock bodykit
JT 3" catback
JT 3'' downpipe

You must have done really well!

For bodykits go for Heico! Or if your lucky, MS Designs

But to each his own.

And as for the wheels, defiantly 18s or even 19s because 17s are just too small!

How much did you win?

Without seeing pics of your car, I would get the Dynamic Trim, downpipe, and an IPD softloader.

Little bit of go, little bit of show. What wheels do you have now? If you are patient, you can probably find a good deal on some nice 18's around here. That will help with the show department, and give you a shorter sidewall to complement the suspension set up you have already.

Are you running stock struts? Might be a good idea to get some Konis or Billsteins for when those blow...

Hmmm...If I were you I'd buy something from my signature, lol. I'd say wheels or body kit first, no point in doing coilovers unless you have some sweet wheels to go with them...

If your not doing the work yourself, I would use that money to install all the stuff sitting in your room.
Other wise......

I would say, save up a little more and get the K&N intake, DP, exhaust, and tune (Stage II form IPD or RICA). I'm all about the go, before the show.

Good luck and happy modding!!! http://********************/smile/emthup.gif

The Heico HS4 Odin body kit looks great but it's like 5-6k installed. Other then that, all Heico makes for the S40 body is the front lip and rear skirt. It's not that hard to get the MS Design kit, if your willing to spend the money to get it shipped from the UK. I hate everything about Evolve but unfortunately they have the only worth while body kit for the S40. Actually AJ's C30 front lip kit would look killer on the OEM side sills add rear skirt. You could save your self a lot of money by just painting the black trim to match the color of your car. IMHO http://********************/smile/emthup.gif

Nice! I won $12000 off $100 in Vegas a few weeks ago. Was tempted to drop a ton of it on the R32 but decided to only spend $2000 and save the rest for a rainy day.

I would go with tune, downpipe, exhaust, intake/drop-in filter. Vroom vroom!

If you are looking to make your car flashy, go with 18 inch or 19inch rims.... But fare warning, they will be heavy (unless you spend 5 grand) and you will loose acceleration and braking... If you are planing on racing your s40, then go with 17inch rims, like team dynamics, there lighter than your stock setup. Which translats to better braking and acceleration

I concur lol. Also cuts down the amount of time you have to spend readjusting your coilovers if you do buy new wheels if its too high or too low for your taste.

Personally id do some power mods, you should be able to afford a DP and intake and matched with your intercooler pull pretty good.

2 things about a DP holding me back are:
1. will i need a new tune in order to run the DP
2. i dont think any aftermarket 3" dp is california emissions legal (JT tuning claims there 3" dp is, its a 220ccpi or something)

bodykit will probably be the last thing i buy just because for the price of an oem bodykit i could get everything else i want on my car for the same price

also, I forgot to mention this was won on the penny slots

Re: (SDS40)

You could drive without a tune you just wont see the full power potential of the car. You dont necessarily need an upgraded exhaust either. The atp turbo dp bolts up to the stock exhaust and has a cat option. If i remember correctly ATP's turbo setup made like 330whp and still had the stock exhaust

The stock cat flows just fine for a 3 inch downpipe. I had a custom one made for way less than many after market downpipes you can get, and it's 100% smog legal! Keep it in mind...
