I'm hoping those guys who've had to roll their fender might give me some insight as to technique for best results. Like do you need to make cuts? And how do you deal with the plastic inner fender? And what about the mount back near the rear bumper?

I had 285/35/18 on a 18x10.5 wheel, gives you an idea how much you need to roll your fenders:

I think lowenhart didn't touched his fenders, looks pretty stock to me. He just wanted to give you an idea how much tires stick out.
