I can't seem to find any driver's side HID headlights for my 2004 XC70. I'm fine with converting both lights to halogen IF I can even do that. I'd almost prefer it, actually. Am I able to do that and what would I need besides the headlight housing?

I'll also need a whole new front bumper cover and grille, too.

Hey, thanks! I didn't see that one on eBay, only the passenger side ones.

But in all seriousness, does anyone know if I can switch to halogen headlights (both sides) without doing anything funky? Who knows what is damaged behind the bumper cover on my car. I found a 2006 XC70 in the same color near me for cheap with a bad transmission. I could take parts off of that (halogen headlights, bumper cover, grille, fog lamps, etc.) to repair mine if it all works out.

I have an excellent set of xenons for sale. Also have e codes inbound if you wanted to actually improve your lighting setup.

If you switch to halogen you'll get some funky codes.

Lights are the same mounts all versions.

Front end will transfer over.

Tell me about these e codes please. I do want improved lighting to the point I'd rather not have to have a driving light to see with my high beams on.
