My 2018 XC60 T8 just threw the Hybrid System Failure warning. It stayed on for two days and then disappeared. The car has 16,000+ miles on it and prior to this has been flawless. All Hybrid/ICE functions appeared to work appropriately except the ICE seemed to come on more frequently when driving the car in Pure even though there was plenty of battery charge. Ambient temps were in the mid 50's so I don't think the ICE running is temperature related. It also had the Sensus screen blank out a couple of times just before and after it threw the error code. It will be at the dealers on Wednesday for a dx. I'll post the results and error codes after the visit.
